Qiyao New Material is pleased to announce the arrival and commissioning of two brand-new extrusion-coating laminating machines at our manufacturing plant. This investment marks another important upgrade to our production capacity for aluminum-foil composite and high-performance thermal-insulation materials.

New 2-Meter and 2.8-Meter Processing Widths

One machine supports a maximum working width of 2 meters, while the second reaches 2.8 meters. With this wider processing range, we can now accept more diverse orders for aluminum-plastic laminated films, multilayer aluminum-foil composite materials and finished thermal-insulation substrates.

Greater Flexibility for Customized Projects

The new wide-width laminators significantly expand our production flexibility. Whether customers require standard-size rolls or extra-wide customized composite materials for thermal insulation, cold-chain packaging or building-insulation applications, we can deliver stable output with higher efficiency.

The equipment also gives our production team greater control over multilayer structures, coating uniformity and roll consistency. This supports projects that require dependable barrier performance, precise dimensions and repeatable quality across bulk orders.
